RowActiv – out now!

British Rowing is excited to announce the launch of RowActiv, the brand new iPhone app for Indoor Rowing.

Powered by British Rowing, RowActiv is your personal trainer on the Indoor Rowing machine, providing audio and video training sessions specifically targetting different fitness levels.

RowActiv is free to download from the iTunes App Store, and as part of our special introductory offer you will also get all of the following for free:

• All videos (7 in total!)
• The warm up
• One additional session
• The short test

Additional content can be purchased for just 69p per session, and new workouts will be available to download regularly.
