Terms and conditions of draw
- The closing date for entries is 10am BST on Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
- Entry into this draw is exclusive to British Rowing members aged 18 or over who hold an active Race (including Life), Row, Coach or Umpire membership at the closing date.
- Two winners will be selected.
- British Rowing will pass the winners’ names and email addresses to Science of Rowing for the administration of their ticket.
- Science of Rowing will refund in full any winner who has already purchased a ticket for this Conference.
- Only one entry per British Rowing member will be accepted.
- Entrants into the Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Employees of British Rowing and their family members may not enter the Draw.
- The winners will be chosen at random. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- The winners will be informed by email. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified by British Rowing, then the prize will be forfeited and British Rowing will be entitled to select another winner.
- If a winner rejects their prize or their entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and British Rowing will be entitled to select another winner.
