Join British Rowing, British Canoeing and British Triathlon for a big day of parasport at the National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham on 7 June 2023
Starting from 10am, there you can try para-rowing, para-canoe and para-triathlon all in one place, all in one day.
This is a great opportunity to try a variety of parasports, learn more about each individual sport from coaches and top athletes, hear about what programmes are on offer, and how you can connect with local clubs too!
