St. Paul’s Girls’ School Oars Missing

St. Paul’s Girls’ School Boat Club has appealed for information following the removal of two brand new oars from the Tideway Scullers School trailer at Henley Royal Regatta.

The missing oars are described as ‘Concept2 oars, with a green handle and plain white spoons. The shortest set that Concept2 make – one bow side and one stroke side.’

The oars went missing from the TSS trailer on the final day of the Regatta – Sunday 7th July.

Rowing clubs are reminded to be extra vigilant with their equipment, with a number of rowing club trailers having been apparently targetted by thieves in recent weeks including Oxford University Women’s Lightweight Rowing Club – who had four sets of Croker sculls taken during Henley Women’s Regatta in June.
