The January Stream Competition! *NOW CLOSED*

[newsimage=0]This month The Stream readers are in with a chance of winning the celebrated The Chimp Paradox; a mind management programme created by Dr. Steve Peters – the psychiatrist credited with transforming British Cycling into an Olympic gold medal-winning force.

The book sets out a model to help its readers become ‘happy, confident, healthier, and more successful’ by recognising their thoughts and emotions and learning how best to deal with them.

The Chimp Paradox has been described by cyclist Sir Chris Hoy as ‘the mind management programme that helped me win my Olympic Golds,’ while Dr. Peters himself has been called ‘the most important person in my career’ by Hoy’s Olympic gold medal-winning teammate Victoria Pendleton.

To be in with a chance of winning one of two copies of The Chimp Paradox, answer the following question*:

How many Olympic medals has the GB Rowing Team’s Katherine Grainger won?

*The Competition is now CLOSED! Congratulations to Rachel Kornberg and Lydia Swift, who correctly emailed in the correct answer: THREE.
