Weyfarers to launch new stable boats
Weyfarers are celebrating the launch of their new stable boats with a boat naming ceremony on Sunday 11 September.
The Mayor of Elmbridge will be on hand to perform the launch ceremony at 2pm, with drinks and nibbles served beforehand from 1pm.
The stable boats have been purchased using a Sport England grant, the application for which was supported by Explore Rowing.
Weyfarers is the recreational arm of the Weybridge Rowing Club, and is dedicated to supporting fun-focussed rowing in Surrey.
