The event is one of the highlights of the annual sporting challenges between the two universities and this year will see a sporting star return to compete in one of the five races. Peter Reed, an ex-UWE Boat Club president, Olympic and double World Champion in the men’s coxless four will row as part of the UWE alumni crew, made up of ex-students who return to the city to represent their university.ADVERT A full article with race times and information can be found on the University of West England website.
