Paralympian Helene Raynsford driving change with Living for Sport

Helene Raynsford recently spent a morning in Putney with school children from a deprived part of Slough introducing them to rowing.

The Living for Sport initiative is focused on getting children to engage with school and their communities through introducing them to mentors who have faced and overcome adversity. Alongside sprinter Darren Campbell, Helene has become a volunteer mentor with the scheme reaching out to inspire school children.
