Havering Indoor Rowing Competition 2008

 

This year’s Havering Indoor Rowing Competition was held at Hornchurch Sports Centre on Tuesday 18th November. Fifteen secondary schools took part from across the South East and made this a very successful event with some outstanding results. Participants competed in age group trials as well as single sex and mixed relays.

Coopers’ Company and Coburn School stormed to glory in the girls, boys and mixed competitions, whilst The Sanders Draper School came in an impressive second in all three events. The entire day was thoroughly enjoyed by all and hopefully next year’s competition will be even better!
