Surfboat Rowing Championships, Biarritz, 5th – 6th September

A host of French Olympic oarsmen and women will be joined by Tom Lucy, GB silver medallist, this weekend at the European Open Surfboat Championships in Biarritz, France.

Among the surf crews converging on La Grande Plage will be ‘flat-water’ rowers from clubs along the Thames and the Trent. Leander, Marlow, Molesey, Nottingham, Oxford Brookes and Twickenham rowing clubs are all represented.
