UK Coaching, in partnership with BlwBo research agency, will be reviewing British Rowing’s Education and Training Strategy over the coming weeks. Feedback on British Rowing’s programmes will be taken from two surveys – one for coaches and coach developers and one aimed at participants and parents.

The review will identify clear aims, objectives and guiding principles for British Rowing’s future learning, education, and development activities.

It will inform the development of high-quality, modern, engaging and varied learning, education, and development offers, as well as resources which will grow, support and engage coaches, rowers, and volunteers.

Participants and parents – we would love to hear your views and experiences, so they can help us understand our future training provision as well as how British Rowing can support your needs and/or the needs of your child or children.

Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary and it is up to you to decide whether to take part. You are free to refuse to take part or withdraw at any time by exiting the survey.
