The Junior Coaches’ Conferences brings together junior coaches from across the country at the start of the season to listen to experts in the field and share knowledge and experiences.

It is also a great networking opportunity for coaches to catch up and meet new people before returning to their clubs and schools to share what they have learnt from the conference to benefit their rowing programmes.

The conference is aimed principally at junior coaches but coaches of any age group are welcome, as is anyone else whose role involves supporting junior rowers.

Other guest speakers include English Institute of Sport (EIS) Lifestyle Adviser Mel Chowns, and EIS Physiologists Gareth Turner and Luke Gupta. There will also be a panel discussion with clubs and coaches in the spotlight with more speakers and topics to be confirmed.
