British Rowing, in partnership with BUCS, are looking for host universities for the 2016 University Indoor Rowing Series.

The biggest series to date, 2015 saw just under 2,000 students compete across 15 events, a massive growth since the start of the event five years ago when 900 students competed across ten events.

In order to support the continued growth of these events we are looking for universities to get involved and host an event. We are also looking to work more closely with the Athletic Union and/or Student Union of the university to run some events for all students of the hosting university.

Each host university is required to offer a core group of BUCS points eligible events, as well as having the option to add extra events as they wish.

We are always open to new ideas and welcome those university clubs who want to make their event an awesome experience for all competitors.

The events take place between October 29, 2016 and November 26, 2016 and the deadline for applications is Friday, 26 August at 23:59. So get applying now!
