Notice of Annual General Meeting on 20th September 2014

NOTICE is hereby given that the Thirty First Annual General Meeting of British Rowing Ltd will be held at 12 noon on Saturday 20th September 2014, at British Rowing, 6 Lower Mall, London W6 9DJ in the Di Ellis Room.

1. Chairman’s Opening Remarks.
2. Apologies for Absence.
3. To approve the minutes of the Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Sunday 22nd September, 2013. 
4. To approve the minutes of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 18th June, 2014.
5. To receive the Financial Statements and Directors’ Report of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2014 together with the report of the Auditors.
6. To approve the appointment of haysmacintyre as auditors of the Company to hold office until conclusion of the next General Meeting at which Accounts are laid before the Company and to authorise the Board to fix their remuneration.
