YPP – Join the Conversation!
Are you aged between 16 and 25? Do you want to help shape your sport for the future? Do you want to have a say? Join the conversation at the Young Person’s Panel (YPP) Forum on Saturday 5th April.
The YPP is hosting the forum in London, and we hope that you can get involved. We will be discussing issues such as umpiring and other volunteering opportunities, the competition pathway for young people and how we can improve the transition from school to university to club rowing. In addition, we will be looking for new potential YPP members.
The panel is now in its second year. We’ve had a busy first year, but can do more if we have more people on board who want to join the conversation. There are lots of opportunities within the sport for younger people to get more involved and we’d like to help gather ideas, share views and develop a young person’s network.
The forum will be free to attend with places allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. If you can’t make it in person we will be live tweeting throughout the day.
