Scottish Rowing names new COO

Scottish Rowing is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Cobb as Chief Operating Officer.

Amanda has worked for Scottish Rowing in the role of Development Manager since 2010 and has made a significant contribution to the progress of the organisation in that time.  

As well as her experience of working for Scottish Rowing, Amanda brings a strong business background to the role. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London, going on to work in their Corporate Finance department.  This was followed by 5 years at the Headquarters of J Sainsbury plc, where she worked in a number of senior management roles, including Corporate Finance and as Head of Investor Relations.
