World Rowing Championships – Where to Watch

Don’t miss the action when the GB Rowing Team’s Olympic class boats get underway in their World Rowing Championships finals in South Korea this weekend.

London 2012 gold medallist Helen Glover and partner Polly Swann will get Saturday’s A finals underway at 3pm local time in the women’s pairs, with both of GB’s lightweight doubles crews – including Imogen Walsh and Kathryn Twyman and the Chambers brothers – the men’s four and men’s quadruple sculls also in action.

The racing will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra from 06:45 BST and on the BBC Red Button at 07:00 BST. Highlights from the day’s racing will be shown on BBC One at 15:00 BST.

Sunday, the final day of the 2013 World Rowing Championships, will see Alan Campbell in the single, Frances Haughton and Vicky Meyer-Laker in the women’s double, and both men’s and women’s eights all contesting the A finals of their respective events.

Again, the racing will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra from 06:45 BST and on the BBC Red Button at 07:00 BST, with a highlights show on BBC Two at 14:30 BST.
