Last chance to join National Para-Rowing Camp

Time is running out to sign up for this year’s National Para-Rowing Development Camp, with applications set to close on Wednesday 21st August.

After the huge success of 2012’s inaugural camp for rowers with disabilities and their coaches, this year’s camp is expected to be bigger and better.

Returning to the London Regatta Centre on 6-8th September, the 2013 Camp will bring together coaches and rowers (aged over 18) from across the country for on-the-water sessions and educational seminars.

As well as coaching and racing opportunities on the water for beginner, intermediate and advanced para-rowers, the 2013 camp also offers classification opportunities for newcomers to the sport.

Coaches and athletes from the GB Rowing Team will be on hand to talk to attendees, and will also be giving evening presentations – a rare opportunity to share best practice and experiences with some of the world’s top coaches and athletes.
