Last chance to claim Great Tyne Row discount
Early bird discounts for this year’s Great Tyne Row end on Sunday (30th June), with entries currently available at just £20 per seat.
Now in its third year, the Great Tyne Row is an opportunity for stable and coastal boats to experience a unique and iconic row in the North East.
Taking place on Saturday 17th August, the course begins at Tyne RC and Tyne United RC at Newburn – passing underneath Newcastle’s famous bridges and heading out to Tynemouth.
Covering 25.5km, the row offers a number of awards to competitors – including ‘fastest boat’ categories, ‘best dressed’ categories, and there’s even an ‘are we there yet?’ award for the day’s slowest crew.
Entries received after Sunday 30th June will cost £30 per seat, and any entries received and paid before Sunday will be entered into a prize draw – the winner of which will receive a full refund on the cost of entry.
