Missed out on the opening day of the Olympic Regatta?

If you haven’t got tickets for the first weekend of the Olympic Rowing, why not come along to Henley and enjoy a great day by the river at the Town & Visitors’ Regatta.  And if you still haven’t had that last-minute call-up for the GB squad, why not come and race as well?

Online entries for Henley Town & Visitors’ Regatta close this Saturday, 21st July at 8pm, and the Regatta takes place on Saturday 28th July.  It runs in ‘waves’ so you can easily compete in two events and make a day of it.  There’s plenty of parking and boating space, a comfortable regatta enclosure with catering and a licensed bar where you can enjoy the racing and soak up the atmosphere at one of the most informal of all the regattas on this reach.

This is a unique opportunity to race over the three-lane course of the 1948 Olympic Regatta: the only Henley event that uses this format.  And you can relive some of that history whilst still keeping in touch with what’s happening at Dorney.

Online entries are now open via BROE: for more information, visit www.henleytownregatta.org.uk
