Take on river and sea in the Milford Haven Marathon Row

Entries are open for the third annual Milford Haven Marathon Row – a gruelling 22-mile, fixed-seat row along the picturesque Milford Haven Waterway.

The event, which will take place on Saturday 21st April, will see coxed rowing boats and kayaks travel from Dale to Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, taking on both sea and river conditions in the process.

Competitors will battle it out for the Cleddau Cup Trophy – awarded to the overall winner – with trophies also on offer for the fastest Senior, Ladies, and Mixed crews.

The Welsh Sea Rowing Association event costs £10 per person, which includes refreshments at the finish and free entry to the post-race celebrations – an evening of live music and real ales.
