Extra support for Adaptive Coaches

Sport Across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (SASSOT) are inviting applications from sports coaches that would like some support in coaching people with disabilities.

SASSOT are in the process of setting up a mentor programme for sports coaches who feel they need this support. The programme would involve up to 10 hours of direct support from a mentor who has experience in coaching disabled groups and can pass on useful techniques and methods when coaching people with disabilities.

In return, the sports coach will be expected to deliver 10 hours of sports coaching within Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent to people with disabilities.

  • In what setting you see yourself delivering the return of 10 hours sports coaching to people with disabilities
