Henley treble for City stars

PETERBOROUGH City rowers enjoyed more Henley success with three victories in the annual Veterans Regatta.

Graham Barks and Pete Essex finally secured their first Henley Veterans medals when they won the Men’s Veteran D double sculls convincingly, beating the Ardingly and Thames Tradesmen composite in the final by four lengths, improving on their silver at the National Veterans Championships a month ago.
