Roads included in the scheme are: ADVERT Bridge View Hammersmith Bridge Road by Digby Mansions Mall Road Oil Mill Lane Queen Caroline Street by Alexandra and Charlotte Houses Rutland Grove South Black Lion Lane Rivercourt Road (south of Great West Road) Weltje Road (south of Great West Road) The Council will be reserving parking on both sides of the southern section of Mall Road. Parking will be suspended in Rutland Grove, west of Mall Road, to ensure access for essential vehicles into Furnivall Gardens. From 27th March there will be television outside broadcast vehicles parked in Queen Caroline Street by Alexandra and Charlotte Houses. Residents are advised not to park along Upper Mall on Boat Race days as access is required for emergency vehicles. In addition the police may also close roads or restrict traffic movements when necessary for crowd safety. Further information can be downloaded from London Borough Hammersmith & Fulham’s website.
