£1,000 prize from Faster Masters for British Rowing Masters Championships’ most successful club!
Faster Masters Rowing is once again sponsoring the cash prize for the Victor Ludorum at June’s Championships

London RC were extremely proud to win the Victor Ludorum – and the £1,000 cash prize sponsored by Faster Masters Rowing – at the British Rowing Masters Championships last year.
With 57 crews, London boasted the highest entry of the regatta and took the win with a strong performance throughout the weekend.
The club wrote, “Winning the Victor Ludorum on the day was such a special moment. But more than that, seeing the whole LRC masters community come together to achieve a collective goal was incredible. Bang the drum!”
British Rowing is delighted that Faster Masters Rowing has generously agreed to sponsor the Victor Ludorum prize at the 2025 British Rowing Masters Championships, which will take place from 14-15 June at Holme Pierrepont Country Park in Nottingham.
Entry numbers are currently significantly ahead of previous years. Entries for Saturday have been suspended with a waiting list now in operation. Availability remains for Sunday, across the eights and fours.
Clubs who have made entries are requested to make payment asap to confirm their place and those who have not yet entered are encouraged to do so without further delay to avoid missing out!
Spot prizes for entrants!
As well as the £1,000 prize, Faster Masters are generously offering ten additional spot prizes to all masters rowers racing at the Championships! Everyone who enters will be automatically entered into the draw for the prizes, with kit and equipment prizes to improve performance on and off the water.
Winners will be randomly selected after entries closed and announced at the Championships throughout the weekend – they will be able to collect their prizes at the Regatta by the Medal Presentations. You have to be in it to win it!
Any uncollected prizes will be donated to Love Rowing to use in future fund raising.
