Molesey Boat Club – Lead J15-J13 Coach

Molesey Boat Club seeks an ambitious and passionate rowing coach to lead the J15-J13 age groups.

The J15-13 Lead Coach will be responsible for running this section of the MBC Juniors programme. This will involve managing athletes within that group, their parents and other sessional coaches who support this group. The J15-J13 Lead Coach will create a fun and supportive environment that produces competitive crews but also allows for every athlete to achieve their individual potential. The J15-J13 groups are an integral part of the MBC long term athlete development pathway. The Lead Coach will be expected to work in alignment with the vision set out by the Head of Junior Rowing. This is an ideal role for a coach to lead a section of a boat club for the first time. Development opportunities will be available to the J15-J13 coach.
