Emanuel School – Full Time Rowing Coach
Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 pa

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rowing Coach to play a key role at Emanuel School Boat Club.
The full time rowing coach will lead the program for junior boys & girls at Emanuel School Boat Club in their first year. The ideal candidate will move towards leading a senior squad in future.
The successful candidate must be available to work on Saturdays and occasional Sundays to coach. They will also need to be able to transport pupils to fixtures and be willing to escort pupils to and from the boat house via train daily. The role will include working through school holidays and at weekends.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of coaching medal standard crews at a national level including the National Schools Regatta. The ability to safely operate a motor launch on the Tideway is equally important.
Rowing at Emanuel School
Emanuel has a rich history in rowing with wins at the Schools Head of the River and Henley Royal Regatta. In recent years, girls & boys have produced solid results with two rowers in the GB process and 7 Eights racing at the Schools Head of the River, 5 finishing in the top 6 in first Eights. Our aim is to continually improve on this position to become one of the top performing co-ed rowing schools.
