British Rowing Awards Postponed

In light of the ongoing situation relating to coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken the decision to postpone the upcoming British Rowing Awards due to take place on 21 March. This is to ensure we can deliver the safest and best possible experience for the many members of the rowing family due to join us at the event.

We have taken the decision as early as we can to ensure that everyone involved in the event has the best opportunity to adjust their arrangements for the event.

We want to thank everyone who has supported the event, our sponsors and the over two hundred people who have already signed up. There has been an extremely positive reaction from the rowing community and we look forward to celebrating with the whole rowing family as soon as is safely possible.

It is our intention to rearrange the event for a date later this year and will circulate plans for this as soon as we can.

What Next?

We will be working with our venue and suppliers, whilst also considering the rowing calendar, to find a suitable date that will work for as many people as possible. Once the new date has been confirmed, we will contact all ticket holders and offer them the chance to transfer their tickets to the new date or receive a full refund.

We will aim to announce the new date as soon as possible but please bear with us, as given the fast-changing nature of the coronavirus situation, this may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience.
