British Rowing Club Safety Audit 2018 – update
Thank you to all affiliated clubs that submitted their British Rowing Safety Audit ahead of deadline
Affiliated clubs that haven’t submitted their audits by the deadline, or, had their Safety Audit accepted are temporarily suspended from making entries into competitions via the British Rowing Online Entry System (BROE).
We’re sorry to have to do this and will work with any affected clubs to ensure BROE access is restored as soon as possible upon completion of their outstanding Audit. If you still need to submit your audit, please go to the Club Safety Audit page which outlines all the information you need to complete the audit. This includes the Guide to Google Drive for Club Rowing Safety Advisers.
The Safety Audit is an important means for clubs to review their safety procedures, risk assessments and commitment to safe practice. This year we worked hard to make all Club Rowing Safety Advisers aware of the Audit and its timescales, and to make the process of completing it as easy as possible. To make sure our communications go to the right person, always keep your club contact details up to date on ClubHub.
Below is a list of clubs we believe still have yet to complete their Safety Audit. We have produced this list to make sure clubs are aware of their suspension, in case they haven’t received any previous notification about the audit. If you are on this list incorrectly, or haven’t received your audit confirmation email, please get in touch with Maks Orzel.
