Rowing & Regatta is in the post!

The March Rowing & Regatta is in the post, and will be dropping onto the doormats of British Rowing members across the country from Monday (27th February).

This month’s magazine – which is free to all British Rowing members* – is jam-packed with news and information, as well as brand new features on Atlantic Rowing, Bumps racing and an in-depth interview with London 2012 hopeful Katherine Grainger.

Find out what it’s like to race while being chased in a bumps race, as the March R&R brings you tactics, tips, and a bit of history about an action-packed form of rowing.

There’s a detailed account of ocean rowing’s records and routes from Atlantic and Pacific Ocean-rowing veteran Chris Martin, as well as a hair-raising account of when it all goes wrong by Atlantic Odyssey rower Simon Brown.

The GB Rowing Team’s Katherine Grainger is hoping for a fourth Olympic medal this summer, and talks to Martin Gough about how an unassuming start with the oars turned into a glittering career at the top of the sport:

For information about Row for Gold, Summer Series, the Women’s and Schools Heads and a wealth of coaching and nutritional advice, be sure to check out the March R&R.
