About the course: GoRow Indoor is British Rowing's indoor rowing programme aiming to get everyone rowing whether it be for fun, fitness or competition. 

The workshop will be delivered as a 3 hour online workshop via Zoom by our highly skilled Indoor Rowing Master Trainers. The training will include theory, group discussion and practical learning with a focus on delivering indoor rowing based training session, classes and improved instruction for both new and existing people. The workshop is accredited through CIMSPA and you will be trained to become a Go Row Indoor Instructor.

Key Learnings and Benefits: At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Confidently teach the British Rowing technique. 
• Include indoor rowing in a gym induction. 
• Create an indoor rowing focused training plan for clients. 
• Understand the full potential of the indoor rowing machine and how it can be adapted to suit any individual regardless of shape, size, age, fitness level or ability. 
• Run 'Go Row Indoor' or other indoor rowing based fitness classes. 

Who can access the training? 

Any individual, coach, trainer, Level 2 Fitness Professional or above, and volunteer who has an interest in indoor rowing delivery, uses the indoor rowing machine regularly and has some experience of teaching rowing will be a good fit to attend this course.
