Help and support
We’ve created a suite of support materials to help you get the most out of using the British Rowing ClubHub Portal
To help you get set-up on the British Rowing ClubHub Portal we’ve created a suite of support materials.
You’ll find below the basic set-up guides that will help all clubs to get started on the system. We’ll also be sharing a set of enhanced guides with the clubs who have already registered for full use of the ClubHub Portal.
Basic set-up guide
Download our basic set-up guide for the ClubHub Portal, which shows you how to keep your profile up to date, including information that appears on the British Rowing online Club Finder, set up and delegate access to the British Rowing Online Entry System (BROE2) and other services.
It is particularly important that all clubs check their key roles and contacts, and through this control access to important information within the system.
We’ve also created a series of videos that visually takes you through the process involved in setting up ClubHub for your club. Watch them to help get you started using the British Rowing ClubHub Portal, they are around five minutes each.
- Stage 1 – Creating a ClubHub account
- Stage 2 – Setting up or updating your club profile
- Stage 3 – Assigning your club roles
For the first set of clubs who have registered to use the system in full, we will be issuing enhanced guidance on setting up and using the ClubHub Portal.
We’ve created a detailed set of FAQs for the British Rowing ClubHub Portal, including questions asked by rowing clubs involved in the development of the new system.
You can read the full FAQs here.
If there is a question that you want answering, email us at email@example.com and, where relevant, we’ll add it to the FAQs to help other clubs also using the system.
Finally, if you haven’t been able to find an answer to your question through any of the resources above, then you can access our helpdesk via the ClubHub Portal by clicking on the green help button on the main menu.
We have a team of dedicated staff who will be responding to queries during the hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Any enquiries outside of this time will be picked up as early as possible the following day.
