University of Roehampton – Coach

We are looking for a coach for our Men’s and Women’s squad. Our club is currently made up of around 20 members of varied experience levels.

The past two seasons have been interrupted but the club has overseen its biggest growth during this time, we have attracted a number of beginners and hope to build on this this coming academic year.

The main role of the coach would be to deliver on the water, and to coach some land training as well as deliver our learn to row provision. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of a level 2 coaching qualification. It is vital any coach has the athletes health and well-being as a priority, and is able to communicate effectively with our club committee.
