The Grange School, Rowing Coach (two positions)

The Grange School currently has two exciting rowing coaching positions available, working with designated year groups to be agreed upon appointment. The ideal candidates will be passionate about rowing and ideally possess rowing coach and first aid qualifications (training for suitable applicants may be provided). They will have experience of rowing and sculling, ideally in a school setting, be flexible and able to commit to working weekends, after school hours and during holiday periods.

One position will be 26-30 hours per week, and one will be for 15-20 hours per week. Both will work during the school term time only including early evenings, plus some additional time during the peak competition periods. In term time, Saturdays will be a working day and some Sundays when crews are competing. There will also be a requirement to work some days of the school holidays for both camps and competitions. There will be flexibility to take time off during the standard working week to balance out these hours.
