Reading Blue Coat School – Rowing Coaches

ROWING COACHES (PART TIME)

Founded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat is a leading independent day school of 785 pupils; 705 boys aged 11 – 18 and a further 80 girls in the co-educational sixth form. The School is located on a beautiful 46 acre campus in the village of Sonning, just outside Reading.

Reading Blue Coat is situated on the river Thames between Sonning and Caversham, close to the Redgrave Pinsent Rowing Lake, a training centre for GB Rowing. We enjoy a four kilometre long, quiet stretch of river on which to train.

Reporting to the Head of Rowing, we require two enthusiastic part time Rowing Coaches, working during term time only, for 20 hours per week, including Saturdays, as well as during a number of public rowing camps in the summer holidays each year.

Further details can be found on our website.

Closing date for applications: Monday 16 November 2020.

Applications must be submitted by email to [email protected] including your CV (or completed school application form), and covering letter.

Application Dates: From Wednesday 21st October 2020 to Monday 16th November 2020
