Performance Programme Coordinator – National Training Centre (NTC)

The GB Rowing Team are looking for a Performance Programme Coordinator – National Training Centre (NTC) to support the smooth running of key areas within its World Class Programme.

This role will provide support to the Chief Medical Officer in the form of medical secretarial support and take on the administrative duties associated with keeping our Olympic, Paralympic and Pathway rowers healthy as they pursue their sporting aspirations.

The successful applicant will also take a lead on developing and delivering a teamwear range for all athletes and staff both on and off the water. This element of the role will not only show our team in the best light but has the potential to support performance gains when it comes to the kit in which our rowers compete on the world stage.

This role will be based at the National Training Centre (Sherriff’s Boathouse, Redgrave Pinsent Rowing Lake, Caversham).

Salary: circa £25,000 depending on experience.
