Marlow Rowing Club – Junior High-Performance Coach

Marlow Rowing Club is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented High-Performance Coach to join its Junior Coaching Team.

We are looking for someone who is credible as a coach at Championship and Club level and who knows what it takes to win at club and National level events. You will have developed a deep understanding of how to support and develop junior athletes to reach their full potential.

You are inclusive, know how to develop the talent pipeline, foster a ‘whole squad’ ethos and you have proven experience of encouraging junior athletes to be as good as they can be.
