Liverpool University Boat Club – Head Rowing Coach

The University of Liverpool is offering an opportunity for a coach who is passionate about rowing and is seeking to continue our drive for excellence by working closely with the Rowing Club committee and Sport Liverpool staff.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to improving performance and developing rowing at all levels. You will have experience or empathy of working within a student environment.

Required Qualifications/ Experience:

• UKCC Level 2 (or equivalent)
• First aid certificate
• Experience of working at a high level with the 18-24 year age group is desirable.

Salary:

• £20.00ph x 8hours per week
• For the following weeks only: 2021/22 Season
• 20th September – April 2022
• Agreed 4 week period after Easter
• Race cover expenses at agreed BUCS events

Training Times:

• Times to be agreed with the club
• 8 hours per week (split over Wednesdays and weekends)
• Race cover at agreed BUCS events

• Runcorn Rowing Club
