JESUS COLLEGE BOAT CLUB (JCBC) – ASSISTANT (APPRENTICE) COACH

Jesus College is seeking an Assistant (Apprentice) Coach for the Jesus College Boat Club (JCBC).

This role would suit someone making a start in a coaching career, working under the direction of the Jesus College Head Coach, taking responsibility for leading and delivering the College’s annual Learn to Row (L2R) programme.

The successful candidate must hold a British Rowing Level 2 Coaching Qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of L2R coaching. This role would suit a motivated, self-starting individual dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for the rowers of JCBC. They must be adaptable, as flexible working is required to meet the availability of the rowers (including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays).
