Applicants are invited to apply for a full-time role as Rowing Assistant with Headington School Oxford boat Club. You will be passionate about rowing and ideally possess relevant rowing coaching qualifications or certificates and have experience of both rowing and sculling, and able to commit to working weekends and during some holiday periods.

The Rowing Assistant will work under the guidance of the Head of Rowing and Head Coach in delivering the day to day coaching of the rowing squads and will assist the Head of Rowing with the overall running of the boat club and the maintenance of our fleet of rowing boats.
