George Heriot’s School – Assistant Head of Rowing
We are seeking to recruit an appropriately experienced Rowing Coach to provide coaching for pupils from August 2020. Candidates should be able and willing to coach pupils at Senior School stages.
The position is for weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings during term time and will require travelling with pupils to away fixtures as required, including at weekends. Furthermore, attendance at a residential Easter training camp may be required.
Please note that applicants must hold a valid First Aid certificate.

Salary
Actual salary £10,296.51 – £14,666.77 per annum (£22,234 – £31,671 FTE) depending on qualifications and experience
Additional payment will be given for time worked outside of contracted hours, including attendance at events.
Hours of work
20 hours per week, variable as follows:
Monday to Wednesday: 2:00pm – 5.00pm
Thursdays: 3:00pm -5.00pm
Saturday: Staffing fixtures (times will vary depending on venue)
