Emanuel School, Director of Rowing

Emanuel School are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Director of Rowing to lead and deliver a high quality and inspirational rowing provision to pupils.

As Director of Rowing, you will take on the managing of the activities of the Emanuel School Boat Club, with a brief to review the school’s strategy for rowing to encourage and enable both elite level rowing and general participation of pupils. The successful candidate will be a key member of the PE team, focused on leadership of this key sport throughout the school.

With a Level 3 or above coaching qualification, the successful candidate will be an inspirational leader, with an enthusiastic and inclusive approach to coaching rowing to different levels and abilities. Experience working with children across the senior school age range and in a school environment would be an advantage.
