British Rowing is looking for two Head coaches to lead the men’s and women’s Olympic programmes and take them back to the top of the medal table at Paris 2024. The successful applicants will lead and manage a team of coaches who will together give our athletes the best opportunity to deliver on and showcase their talent. Reporting to the Performance Director, they will lead the setting of the programme within a culture where every person involved can contribute to the fullest extent of their capability.
