The GB Rowing Team is the high performance arm of British Rowing. Rowing is the nation’s most continuously successful Olympic sport, having won a gold medal in every Olympic Games since 1984, and has won six Paralympic golds since the sport was introduced to the Paralympic Games programme in 2008.

Clare is the face of the Go Row Indoor workout videos who also works with the Paralympic coaching team.
Clare joined the Paralympic coaching team on secondment in April 2022, splitting the role 50/50 with her indoor rowing content development manager role.
Clare started rowing at school and university where she also started coaching. On leaving university she continued to coach whilst setting up a business as a freelance personal trainer, which she ran for ten years. Clare joined British Rowing in April 2016, and the indoor rowing team in July 2017 helping to develop the indoor rowing workout videos, training plans and other content.
Her first experience with the Paralympic squad was a training camp in the lead up to racing at Gavirate in May 2022 where the athlete she was helping to coach (Callum Russell) won his first medal (bronze) at an international event.
