British Rowing ClubHub and membership platforms update

Overnight, a number of visual changes will appear on the system in line with a rebrand of our software suppliers to JustGo

Overnight tonight (Wednesday 24 November), the ClubHub system and membership platform will be updated to reflect the rebrand of our software suppliers. The company, previously known as Azolve, will be known as JustGo in the future and all branding and links will be changed to reflect this. Their Go Membership platform will also be known as JustGo.

A redirect will be in place for a period of months after this change to ensure that any links that you have which previously went to URLs containing the Azolve name, e.g. https://britishrowing.azolve.com will automatically redirect to new addresses: i.e. https://britishrowing.justgo.com. Clubs using the platform should begin to update any links they provide members to reflect this change.

Due to the rebrand, all British Rowing members will be required to re-accept the standard terms and conditions of the platform when they next log in to the system. These terms and conditions have been rewritten by JustGo to make them more user friendly and easier to understand.

As part of the continuous improvement work that happens with the system, there have been a number of other updates including additional settings for membership sales and other back-end performance enhancements.
