Come and try something new in 2026! As we proudly celebrate our 100th anniversary, we are opening our doors for a fun and welcoming Rowing Taster Day. Meet like-minded women, enjoy the beautiful Weybridge surroundings, and get introduced to the sport of rowing.
🚣♀️ What to Expect
Whether you’ve never picked up an oar or have always been curious about rowing, this day is perfect for beginners. You’ll enjoy:
- Ergo Training: Get hands-on experience with rowing machines to build your skills and confidence.
- Sculling in a Coxed Boat: Time on the water in a stable, coxed boat with experienced volunteers helping you every step of the way.
💪 Requirements
- We are a ladies only club
- 18 and over
- Able to swim
- Basic level of fitness
- No prior rowing experience required
🎉 What Happens Next?
If you love the day, we’ll be running a follow‑on Learn to Row course starting 2nd May, designed to gently build confidence, skills, and fitness on and off the water.
