Example Rower Report P1

Supporting Rowers Develop

By attending any of the Performance Talent activities you will be invited to take part in our Rower Reporting project.

This unique report shows a profile of you as an athlete showing your ergo scores against standards for GB Juniors, U23’s and Senior level. It will also show athletic areas for improvement in order to allow you to take an effective rowing stroke. As more reports are completed it will start to show your development over time and areas which will help your development.

Example Rower Report P2

Reports are generated four times a year when data is submitted for that quarter.

·        September (Baseline Scores)

·        December (September – December Scores)

·        April (January – March Scores)

·        July (April – June Scores)

Once on one the Performance Talent activities, you will be given the Testing protocols and links to upload your testing scores. This report is constantly being reviewed and any feedback to make this as useful to athletes and coaches is greatly appreciated.
