Mike has a successful track record as a senior executive in FTSE 20 companies working across the UK, US and Europe. He was Chief People Officer and Head of Commercial Property at National Grid for 12 years and prior to this spent 14 years with Diageo in various

international HR roles. Mike brings extensive experience of managing organisational change in large and small organisations. He is currently Chair of a VC-backed technology company and is an advisor to startups. Mike is also Chair of the charity SportsAid, and has served as a trustee at the homeless charity, Centrepoint for 9 years.

Mike is a keen rower – he joined Marlow Rowing Club as a novice rower 30 years ago and has been actively involved ever since. He enjoys competing at Masters events.
