Held at the home of the GB Rowing Team, Caversham Lake, the British Rowing University Development Day is your opportunity to meet with staff and colleagues to support you with your university programme.  It will be your chance to understand more about the landscape of rowing for students and coaches within university programmes.

With high profile speakers, including Deputy Director of Olympic Pathways Peter Sheppard, British Rowing Staff, and coaches from successful university programmes, the day will offer insight into a range of topics including:

• Developing a successful novice programme
• Understanding indoor rowing
• The fundamentals of power in rowing
• Coastal rowing and beach sprints
• Growing your university programme
