We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Rowing Coach to join our team for the 2025/26 academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a school setting and explore a potential career in education or coaching.
The successful candidate will work closely with our rowing coaches to support the delivery of our busy and ambitious rowing programme. You will be expected to:
Key Responsibilities
Coach and assist with rowing training across all age groups and abilities.
Support water sessions and land training.
Help maintain rowing equipment and boathouse facilities.
Contribute to the life of a boarding school, including occasional evening and weekend duties in a boarding house.
Be willing to assist with administrative tasks and wider co-curricular activities such as trips, or other sporting events.
Requirements
Applicants should have a strong rowing background, a sound academic record, and a willingness to engage fully in school life. Shared accommodation, meals during term time, and access to sports facilities are provided, along with training and professional development.

Salary: £12.21 per hour plus 16.5% holiday pay, accommodation and meals during term time
